REGISTRATION FEES & PAYMENT INFO

* Congress Fee (3rd period - 550 EUR)
Leaders in Training (150 EUR)
Post Congress Tour (400 EUR)

Full Congress registration fee includes:

• All transfers during the events (transportation from/to airports will be provided for Ljubljana Jože Pučnik airport)

• All meals and accommodation for the duration of the congress,

• All IPSF meetings, lectures, workshops, as well as the General Assembly,

• The Scientific and Educational Symposium,

• All social events during the evenings, such as Opening Ceremony, Slovenian night, International Night, Auction Night, Half day trip to Bled, Sport activities, Theme parties)

• Post Congress Tour is excluded.

In order to get the Congress certificate and Congress photo, participants are requested to attend:

• Discover IPSF

• IPSF in Your Corner

• IPSF in Your Hands

• 100% of the lectures (morning) of the Educational and Scientific Symposium

• 50% of the workshops (afternoon) of the Educational and Scientific Symposium

• 6 stamps (of these 1 must be a GA stamp and 3 must be any workshop stamps; 1 stamp equals 2h activity; Congress has a total of 24 stamps, excluding the activities above)

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your completed registration:

• before 1st of May 2010, you will get a 70% refund

• before 1 of July 2010, you will get a 50% refund

• after 1st of July, you will not receive any refund.
